DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery by Royal Mail. Out-of-Stock items may take longer. Free postage and packing for orders over £130.00. Standard postage is £3.95 and first class postage is £5.50.
RETURNS
Goods are returned at your expense. Items should be returned in perfect condition within 28 days with their original packaging and a completed returns form. We advise you to send returned items by Recorded Delivery and retain proof of postage.
EXCHANGES
When returning goods for exchange, please replace them in their original packaging along with your completed return form stating your requirements and send back to us. When exchanging items, you will not be charged any further postage and packing.
